The Roaming Gambler Monthly Comp Comp Rules Roaming Gambler's comps are offered monthly. The Sweepstakes are sponsored by different companies every month. By entering any Roaming Gambler Comp Giveaway the user accepts that periodic updates be e-mailed to them, from which they can unsubscribe at any time. Eligibility: The Comps are open to all persons of legal age. Legal age is usually between 18 and 21 years, depending on where you live. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question if selected as winner to claim their prize. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Comps. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply. How to Enter: Access the Roaming Gambler Comp web site at http://www.theroaminggambler.com/site/comps.html, complete the necessary online entry form, and fulfill the comp obligations. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Prizes: One selected winner will receive the prize specified for that particular comp giveaway or a gift certificate redeemable for that particular prize or one of equal value. No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Selection of Winner: Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. Winner will have 5 days from notification to accept the prize by sending email to "geoffd@theroaminggambler.com". The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner or for a winner's late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to accept the comp. Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, including a photograph, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using the comp, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Comp Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final. The Sponsor, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the the Sponsor that may cause the the Comp giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the the Comp giveaway; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Comp giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Comp giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Comp giveaway. By participating in the Comp giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.
